TERRARIUM by Unearth Noise!
Like a rose that blooms, that takes its time to grow. Which to our eyes seems to take too long, but to our hearts seems to take exactly the time it needs, deserves, is its own.
This sound work touches me like the growth of a crimson flower.
Each sound sculpture by Roger Berkowitz in this set is a very real invitation to inner exploration, to contemplation of the formation of each petal of the soul, to careful observation of the immense fragments that constitute life.
Each sound piece is an inner landscape, complex but simply beautiful. A set of organic textures that bring to mind the sound of childhood, the sound of everyday life, the sound of everyday pieces, the instruments of faraway places.
Unearth Noise presents at Tutmonda, an album that tells a story - the same story you can tell yourself, whenever you choose to sit, close your eyes, breathe and meditate; the same story you can tell yourself about the pure and true relationships of friendship and love; The same story you can tell yourself every time you hug an animal, a tree, or another human being. An invitation to take the time, to have space, and a curious soul to fill it.
